Action Stations – Using the New Moon Solar Eclipse Energies

Image
Setting intentions and attaching actions steps to those goals is a very powerful way to manifest, especially during eclipse energies. There is a new moon solar eclipse on September 13 and a Full Moon Total Lunar eclipse on September 27. My manifesting tip this week is to not only write down your intentions down, but to attach action steps to those intentions. For example let’s say you want to lose weight. A great intention would be to set a six-month goal (since the next Total Solar eclipse is March 8, 2016). So the overall intention would be to lose 12 pounds let’s say. Well, next to that intention these might be the action steps. Lose 12 Pounds by March 2016 Join a gym Get a personal trainer Drink more water and track my intake Cut down on carbs – no more chips Walk 20 minutes during my lunch break Do stretching when watching TV Create a weight loss support group Limit fast food to one time per week Juice one meal a day Eat two servings of vegetable a day ...

It's Eclipse Season Again - Let Go of that Shit!

Image
So another eclipse series is taking place on September 13 (partial solar eclipse) and a full lunar on September 27, and I find myself in another cycle of endings and new beginnings. No ties to the past. I believe that’s what these next three supermoons August 29, September 27 and finally October 27 are telling us. Full moons are time for releasing and the next three moons, one of which is a total lunar eclipse, are supermoons, meaning the moon is the closest to the earth. They are saying the Universe is readying you for something big let go of all the things that hold you back or dishonor you. If it’s over, move on and let that shit go already! You may feel empty in the void, not an easy feeling. We humans always have to cling to some sense of security whether it be a relationship or a job both of which could be very dishonoring. We find it hard to say goodbye. However, if we drag our feet, the Universe has a way of completing the action for us. And sometimes it seems like the r...

Total Lunar Eclipse April 4th – Letting go

Image
Wow – a month to remember that’s for sure. A three-and-half-year job ended and so did a four-year relationship. Endings that’s what this lunar eclipse is about this week. Letting go, quite probably the hardest lesson we have in earth school. Letting go, what does it truly mean. So much has to happen before the actually letting go part begins. There’s anger. There’s regret. And there’s even denial. Much like the stages of grief, letting go is a process. It doesn’t happen overnight, sometimes it takes years, and especially when we had a lot invested in the relationship or situation. It isn’t easy, but it does seem to get easier with every letting go or so it seems to me. I think as we grow older we invest less. When we are young we enter relationships and situations with so much abandon, investing so much of ourselves in its success. But after a few failures we invest less, we expect less and we give less. And then it is done and somehow we are glad we survived yet another failed j...

Spring Equinox – Total Solar Eclipse – New Beginnings 2015 – StayConscious to the Changes

Image
Today is the Spring Equinox combined with a total solar eclipse.  Both point to new beginnings and that’s just where I find myself this day of March 20, 2015. I resigned my corporate job that was more draining than fulfilling and gave up on trying to make a four-year relationship work. So I ponder my unknown future this year wiser and happier and trusting that God will place me along a more joy-filled path. Eclipses, which are paired in twos, with the total lunar eclipse following on April 4 th , brings much needed change. If you have worked on making changes, they won’t be so shocking. If you haven’t, well you are in for a painful ride. My career and my relationship needed to change and try as I might to keep hanging in there, the planetary energy and God’s destiny for me just wouldn’t allow that to happen. I had to let go and let God. I believe the old saying “birds of a feather flock together,” which my friend just echoed to me earlier this week, is just the process ...
